Over/under on Dontrelle Willis homeruns tonight? I'd set it at 1.5 and take the over. Oh and he will most likely pitch a no-hitter.

And on a serious note, I saw that the x-rays on Lo Duca were negative but how long is he out for? I intially heard day-to-day but wondering if there is an update on this.

Yeah Willis has owned the Mets, pretty much since he's been in the majors.

I haven't heard anything. Hopefully he is out there tonight, if not I hope to see him in the lineup against the Braves this weekend.

P.S. Willie- If Duke is out tonight, please bat Wright in the 2-hole and not The Stache. Thanks.

Eh, I'll take the under he'll probably only hit one homerun, lets be realistic. He also will most likely give up 2, maybe even 3 hits. Idk I have a feeling the Mets might even score 1 run today. But I'm the optimist.

Wow. From the way it looked like his hand was swelling up on TV yesterday, I thought he was on his way to the DL for sure. Still, though....let's put DW in the 2-spot while PLD "recovers".

You know, the Mets may actually have a chance to win this game. I have a strong feeling the Mets will string all 3 of their bloop singles vs Willis to score 1 run. If John Maine can hold Willis to just 1 homerun and shutout the rest of the team we can win 2-1 in 10, When D Wright homers and extends his hit streak, boo ya.

Except it will take a bloop single and 2 errors, but your on the money. I think the most difficult part of this scenario is keeping Willis to 1 homerun.

But, the strangest thing about us joking about this is there is a good chance that Willis shut outs the Mets and hits a homerun, that is what is so sick about this. Mets shoulda just traded for him so they didn't have to face him. Milledge, Pelfrey, and Humber for Willis.

Mets bomb the ace, then get shut down by the rook tomorrow. SOP the last few years.
