I too am still waiting for my transfer from Doyels to Full Tilt. I'ts been almost a month and I have had more than a dozen email exchanges with Full Tilt. They are very polite but ultimately I don't think I'll ever see my money.

I hope they read this & prove me wrong!

Dan

Wow this is really absurd. Every week it's "We will know on friday." "Sorry it's still not complete, check with us on monday." I just requested it be sent to full tilt instead of my bank. Hopefully I'm as lucky as Choppy.

Money was transfered to my bank account today. Was shocked, but at least it's a nice ending.

I finally got an email from someone at Doyle's Room saying that the attempted transfers had failed (no kidding) but that they had the money back and could try it again after I rechecked to make sure I had given them the right information. I opted instead to go into manager chat and have them transfer it to Full Tilt...

...and it worked! They said it would take up to 24 hours, but it was in FTP just a few hours later. Not only that, the person that I spoke to in manager chat seemed to be aware of the email that had been sent me.

To those of you still having troubles, I recommend trying to contact Pamela Cooper in the Accounts and Withdrawals Department. She's the one who sent me the email, and my suspicions are that she may be one of the few people over there who can get things done. (At first I thought we were getting ripped off by DR. Now I'm suspecting mere incompetence.)

Anyway, I would address any emails you write to her attention. If you want to try to call her, the DR number is (888) 762-4192, and her extension is 2402.

I want to thank everyone who responded to my original post on this thread, and hope that your situations get resolved soon, as well.

Just wanted to add that Pamela also contacted me after numerous emails and I just got their ACH transaction to my bank account. The only issue I have with them is that they took the ACH fee from my withdrawal when I specifically left 28 bucks in my account for that reason. I guess I should just be grateful that I got any money at all? What has poker come to?

There were rumors of Doyles leaving Tribeca and reopening to US. Anything new on this?
