Having to read these articles and forums really stresses me out. I am so sadden by the current situation. At first, I wasn't too worried but now as time passes I get more aggravated. This will be like one of the worst bad beats ever if they are not able to pay us back. That'll be a 7k -EV downswing for me
This really sucks man, I feel so hopeless... |

Well, it's much better than some form of "I don't know". Here's my e-mail to them:
[ QUOTE ] Can you answer this honestly: is there a chance (even small) that I will never get my money back? Thanks again [/ QUOTE ] Their response: [ QUOTE ] At this time, our ability to provide US members with withdrawals is significantly reduced. We assure you that restoring withdrawal options for you is our top priority. In the meantime, your funds continue to be safely maintained in trust on your behalf. You will get your fund eventually and please wait patiently until we resolve the withdrawal. Unfortunately, we cannot determine how long it will take to restore our withdrawal systems, but will advise you of any changes at http://updates.neteller.com. Please continue to visit this page for the latest information about NETELLER and its service to our members. We regret the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding. [/ QUOTE ] I know it doesn't *really* mean much, because I'm sure everybody here has seen poker sites go back on their word and there's no reason to think Neteller is any different, but even a little reassurance is... assuring. |

From talking to others, my situation is slightly different. I didn't see any other thread so I apologize if this is somewhere else.
It starts off like everyone else's NT situation. I had funds in neteller, I requested a withdrawal from neteller, my withdrawal went pending. OK, fine. I expected this and was just going to wait it out...I'm in no rush. Then, about 4 days after my withdrawal request, my balance showed a zero balance and a debit for the amount of my withdrawal. Of course I haven't received the funds in my bank account. If I had, I would be sharing *that* part of the story with you guys. Everyone I've talked to says their withdrawals are just hanging in the pending state with their balance unchanged. Mine has gone from pending to showing a debit, and my balance is zero. And no email response nor phone. |

So, I'm not sure if this has been asked, but since the DOJ are accused of freezing the funds, has anyone contacted them and asked for an explanation? Or is everyone unwilling to stir crap with them?
Would a few hundred people calling the DOJ even do anything, or are they that disconnected with the owners of these funds? |

I don't think you're alone. My account did the same thing, says pending and now balance reads zero. I think that's the way withdrawals have always worked, once it goes pending the amount is deducted from the balance. Someone should correct me if i'm wrong (like i need to tell you guys that). |

what's odd is that I sent a e-mail to NT's good old support address and politely asked them to cancel my pending withdrawl because I was going to M2M transfer it. So, I never received a response, or anything and I checked like 2 days later and my balance that was zero and my "pending" withdrawl had gone to "declined" and my account balance is showing all of that money that was lost in the ether.
not that it means [censored] now because that balance is going no where fast, but they did reverse it and the money is in my NT account fwiw. |

If it is true that most everyone's actually shows a debit after a few days, then I'm less worried. |
