I emailed them oct8, they still haven't gotten back to me. So I gave up.

this may or may not have been due to a personnel change (my old admin sucked, basically, and then had a quarter-life crisis so he's gone now to pursue a career as a furniture maker)

it could also be because 3-bet emails seem to be treated as spam by some email clients, so we're switching over to gmails
