I have actually walked out of alot of movies. My time is valuable. Who cares about wasting 10 bucks? Anything is better than putting yourself through...

1- Syrianna
2- Adventures of Pluto Nash
3-Exorcist: the beginning
4- Open water

You deserve to lose $30 just for walking in to three of those.

I'm shocked with the choices of What About Bob and Dirty Rotten Scoundrels. Two grade-A comedies imo.

Anyway, I have only walked out on one movie in my life and that was How the Grinch Stole Christmas. One person in my party was not feeling well and I looked at my GF about 20 minutes in and said, "This movie sucks azz" She just nodded in agreement and we left.

A bunch that I wished I left early but couldn't because of dates:

The Burbs- Total trash

Once Around- boring garbage chick flick.

Star Wars 1- The closest I ever came to committing suicide was listening to Jar-Jar Binks for 2 hours. This movie was just utter trash.

Saw 3- This cured me of ever seeing another saw flick.

March Of the Penguins- I may get crap for this one but I do not care....... I felt like one of the Penguin eggs freezing into a block of Ice.

Bowling for Columbine

I enjoyed the first half somewhat, but as Michael Moore's selective use of facts piled up and he pandered to the camera (parading a shooting victim into the corporate HQ of K-Mart and demanding to speak with the CEO) I got annoyed. My friend and I both walked out about 3/4 of the way through the movie.

This movie was the finest example of lying with statistics that I've ever seen. I liked Roger and Me though, and Fahrenheit 9/11 was rather shallow.

The only movie I've ever walked out of was City of Angels. I went thinking I was going to view some cool sci-fi flick. Turns out I was thinking I of Dark City which showed a few months earlier. [img]/images/graemlins/crazy.gif[/img]

I haven't walked out on many movies. But here's a list of ones that I have walked out on.

The Ring
Dark Water
XXX
Sky Captain

Movies I have wanted to walk out of but couldn't or didn't

The Ring(GF dragged me to it after I had already walked out on it before)

Pirates II: The whole thing sucked hard. [censored] plot, [censored] acting, really [censored] plot. My date was eating up the crappy comic relief and [censored] action so I couldn't leave.

Star Wars Episode I: I seriously wanted to blow my brains out with Jar Jar having such a big role. This movie dragged on an on and on.

Star Wars Episode III: This movie was so [censored]. [censored] plot, [censored] acting, nonsensical character motivations. Basically everything Maddox says about it is dead right.

Jason X- What a spectacular crapfest of a movie. I probably would have sat through the movie, but there was guy by himself in the second row talking to himself and the screen throughtout the movie. He finally weired my friend and I out enough to leave.

Master of Disguise- My girlfriend at the time made me go see this horrible film. I knew it would be awful from the previews but had no idea it would THIS bad. After thirty minutes I was going to sit in the car. We broke up shortly after...

P.S. I want to be a part of the DVD club. How does a newbie go about joining?

I dug these movie. It was a GREAT cheesefest, and hit all the right points. Ah well, to each his own. Here's my review of it, BTW.

Get yourself a copy of La Dolce Vita, and join in the discussion. Oh, and maybe pm IronDragon1, who is running it.

I'm glad someone else said Any given Sunday, thats my only walk-out.

Wanted to leave early during the thin red line, but it had to get better...
