this tilts me so hard. And yes I was willing to gamble.

[/ QUOTE ]

If you can't handle the emotional outcome then don't push. I think you played this hand poorly. You had no FE.

[/ QUOTE ]

Who the [censored] wants FE if you are a favorite when called?!? WTF?

[/ QUOTE ]

I'll take winning 100% of the pot 100% of the time over 100% of the pot roughly 50% of the time.

Edit: Beat to it already.

[/ QUOTE ]

I think he was basically saying that in this situation we don't need FE for this to be a +EV play.

And, no.

100% of $60 is $60.

55% of $119 (SBs stack + edit:BIG blind) starting stack = $65.4

I'll leave the rest of the math to you.

has anyone ever had this? this was the weirdest thing that ive ever seen. it was like my mind/eyes SAW K8 in my hand.

[/ QUOTE ]

it happened to me last week, and i could have sworn it was a computer errror, but it was 4am, so i was tired enough that i could have miss seen it

i have 99, flop is KK8, i cbet call, turn KK89, some money goes in, river is a blank, i check raise all in on the river

cards flip over... he has 99, i have 77 for an underpair

WTF!?

[/ QUOTE ]

That's happened to me a few times. I remember a week ago I was crushing some guy in particular, and I decided to slowplay my "set" on a dry board. Sure enough he bets the turn and I put down the hammer and raise, he folds and I'm thinking "gah wtf you're supposed to pay me off there." I don't think anything of it for a while until I'm browsing through PT and come across the hand, turns out I had a suited connector and second pair. The sick thing was I was obviously snap calling a shove or going all in if I was raised.

Word of advice for the future, guys.

You are supposed to stop playing when the Ritalin wears off.

I don't think this is right. You net $120 from the hand 55% of the time, and lose $120 on the hand 45% of the time. Where as if he folds we net $50 100% of the time. Looks like we net $12 on average when our shove is called, and net $50 when our shove is not called. I think that's right?

Wasn't taking any at the time, but I just got my adderall prescription filled yesterday. I feel so much better/more relaxed right now.

I think the caffiene in soda is [censored] me up a bit though, probably should find a good alternative. Any suggestions?

I [censored] hate Full Tilt. Couple months back, I could 8-table, run pahud, pokertracker, itunes, exploer, everything, and have zero lag. Then they update, and I can't run pahud, so I gotta use gametime+ (puke) and no itunes, internet. Now I can't even [censored] 4-table w/ no hud, no PT, no tunes, no explorer, nothing, w/o timing out 74 times/hour. /rant

After that ringing endorsement, anybody want Full Tilt money for Stars (at least $2k). PM me and if you want juice, please don't bother. Thanks.
