April hates me, and I can prove it:
money expected (based on allin equity): 3963.18$
money difference: -354.68$
max money diff: at +0.00$
min money diff: 2007-04-12 02:39:35+01 at -402.97$

I thought I was running pretty badly, and those stats don't even include the gazillion hands where people hit their 3-5 outs on the river and take a chunk out of my stack... Ouch.
Almost 10% under expectation, I guess it could be worse.

Losing 17 buyins in 90 hands means you tilted hard and played bad

I swear to god, Stars is rigged against me. Every time I take a shot at 25NL I run into cooler after cooler after cooler, suckout after suckout. I can't win. I can not beat 25NL. I destroy 10NL.

...

I just lost 33% of my roll in one session.

[/ QUOTE ]

It was the same for me in february-march trying to move up from NL25 to NL50. I took 5 buyin shots when the roll hit $850 (15 buyins) and I failed two times a row. The third time I grinded up to $1250 (25 buyins) and that time I was cooler about the whole thing and all went smooth.

Just hang in there and keep improving and you'll eventually get there.

17 buyins in 90 hands? I don't think most people play for stacks anywhere near 17 times over 90 hands, that proportion's what most people play as their VPIP.

So at all yall bitching at me for being a nit I moved some cash to Tilt to try this new "LAG" fad out at NL10 (I know I know but I am semi-busto). Running 28/21

I gotta admit it is a lot more fun than 20/13. But I gotta cut down from 9 to 4 tables to start with cause all the pounding takes attention and is a bit draining.

I'm beginning to hate poker. been at 100NL for 9K hands now. My firm where I work just bought another firm and prolly some conlosidation to come with it, my job is uncertain, and Even if I tr to convince myself I care (I have awife with a child in the belly, a 1 year old son), I still dont really care about the fact that I could loose my job.

I'm sure Poker has to do something about it...100NL is crazy money, the rakeback is huge, bonuse are huge, small winrate still gives 40$/hour, tax free (Im canadian).

WTF?
