its a fair question, seer... but no, it was my own decision -- just file away in your factbook "jigsaw must be either dmk or mat sklansky", and make use of it when the village doesnt have anyone else who is 50-50 to be good or bad.
I think sasami's reaction yesterday indicates sklansky didn't take over auctioneer, either - she wouldn't be quite so panicked if she knew that was coming.
