can we make it rate $10NL for those of us with no bankroll mangeagment?

ORR could you stop charging my credit card for this since I dont play any limits that it can be used on and I signed up for a one time fee and I was told you would so in an email??

[/ QUOTE ]

I can put that on the list, but can't say for sure when it will be added.

If you do need a refund or SS support, please do it on the SS forums, or email [email protected]. Please include your SS username so I can link it up to the order.

Adding PokerStars is the next on the list. Once we have that done we'll look at the other sites, and prioritize them based on # of requests/players, etc.

For some reason the program is not picking up hands I have downloading into the new database I just added at the start of this month even though I added it under config DB's. I've never had this problem in the past, any idea why? this is the 11th DB I have it using, is there like a 10 DB limit or something?

No, there shouldn't be any limit. Are you using PTAgg? You should be if you currently are not.

If you don't use PTAgg, it looks at your databases in top down order, and as soon as it finds stats for a player in one db, it quits out, it doesn't average them across all dbs (but PTAgg does).

Hope that made sense.

I'm having some problems connecting Sixth Sense to my new PT database.

When I first sign in, as usual, Sixth Sense says "you must configure your databases now" and I hit okay.

Next, it says "you do not have any databases configured" would you like to automatically configure your databases now". Usually I just hit cancel and it starts to upload data. The only problem is the data it is uploading is from the 1st database, and I now need data from the 2nd.

I dont know how to configure the database to use my new PT database. I don't use Postgres, so when it says what is your postgres password, i'm stuck.

Thanks.

I believe you can just press cancel when it asks you for the Postgres directory. But I do recommend upgrading your PT install to use postgres, its much faster, especially with SixthSense because you can use PTAgg.

Let me know if you have problems past that point.

Also, in the database menu, you can drag and drop the databases to be in the order you want.
