Yes, they are but.... they were positioned in such a way (fanned) so that you could see more of the upper left corner. FTP overlaps more of each hole card. If the doyles deck were copied, the overlap (when playing O8) would cover half of the upper-left character.

If I were to make a standard style "Pipped" deck, the Doyles deck would defo be my guide. The one standard style, pipped deck I started on a while back, frustrated me quickly,so I gave up.

I am wanting to make a new, original, from scratch deck soon. Time to put my thinkin cap on.

Personally, I miss the Doyles Avatars (the equivalent of our seatrt_off). It was a nice way to be able to find yourself (or a fish) at a given table. I am waiting for my brother to send me his copy of the Doyles Avatar.JPG file on his PC, so I can make some seatrt_xx for fun. The only bad thing is they arent player-specific in the FTP client. Made a new deck, sort of. This is actually my OLD version 7.0, that I modified, and now call Version 9.0. Tweaked the old 7.0 font and pip size/locations. Used my newest face color. And just for fun, I used this optical illusion.png:

that I got from this thread, and croppped out a card back from it. I then tweaked the Hue/Saturation to make 4 color variations.

Version 9.0.ZIP

Here is a screen grab, where I am using a transparent seatrt_off, and a Transparent/Solid seatrt_on:

Version 8.7.ZIP

Same as V8.5*
- Changed the gray spades to a matching yellow (My personal preference)
- Used the illusion backs

How come you stopped using the brighter colors Fozzy? They make it much easier on the eyes when you're multi-tabling.

These cards are exactly the same layout/style as my earlier decks (5.0, 5.4, 5.4-DF, etc). Just made that lighter shade, sort of by request, when someone asked to have a different deck re-made.

If you are referring to the 9.0 (old 7.0) deck, which is a different style altogether, I could make that in whatever shades you want. Just tell me which exact shade you prefer, from the wikipage, and I canmake that 9.0 in a different shade. I was just making that lighter shade deck, and saw that 7.0 layout that I forgot to fix. I didn't care for the layout, personally.

I personally think the darker shades (5.4-DF) and the black face decks (8.0 with black felt looks sick) are better for multi-tabling. I think they make the characters more visible. To each their own - That's why the lighter shades. I seem to always try my new decks, and quickly change back to the 5.4-DF.

Hoping to have some sort of epiphany sometime soon, and come up with something completely new, and different. Wish me luck.

Just made a few table variations of my new Table-2. Rainbow color assortment, like my previous tables, but a little darker shades than I used before. Dark brown rail.

Blue, Green, Orange, Purple, Red, Yellow.

Here is a good idea - gone bad.
I used to like MatisseITC font - I guess I don't like it for a deck of cards.

If someone wants to use this deck (not sure why):
Version 8.8.ZIP
