I had no idea I needed to suck out -- certainly no reason to put SB on a slowplayed KK (but I did start to wonder a little when he capped the turn...)

at this table in 50 hands I had found exactly 2 places to raise before this and no places to limp, so anyone watching my stats would have thought I was the ultimate rock... I'm guessing that's why he put the brakes on with top boat when I kept firing on the river?

I tried out Royal Holdem over on UB. That game is LHE, but played with only the cards T and higher. 20 card deck. The game is a fishtank if you read up on how to play in the Zoo or Other poker. However, I adsorbed some nasty beats. First hand I play is KK. I flop quads. I lose to a runner runner royal. Next hand I play is also KK. I flop top set. I lose to JJ that turns quads. ARGH!

Looks like they just came out with this -- I took a shot after reading your post. It's pretty fun, but it turns everything you know about hold 'em on it's head. For example, you get AKo, raise it up preflop, get a few callers and the flop comes QJTr. You probably need to get away from this hand if there's any action at all...

Royal Hold'em on UB is comedy gold. Half the people have no idea WTF is going on (which means the PFR at a lot of tables will be &gt;80&amp;, heh).

Too bad I got pizownored playing it. Four damn times I had top set on the turn of the unpaired board, and the river makes a board straight (and of course, another time it pairs up and makes someone quads). Arrrrrrgh.
