To all the people who decided to deride the OP in this thread I say this.. How would you like it if you ran that bad, posted a genuine question and were met by such negative responses?

Firstly, a qualification: When I say "no way", what I mean is "not likely to happen in lifetime of universe". There is no way that you would be dealt those hands with that frequency in that sample size.

There is almost no way to run bad for 500k hands. That's the crux of the problem with the post.

i agree. I make so much less on PS than anywhere else. U get games where the software gets "stuck" Like it will flop 4X4 about 10 out of 25 hands. Whats the odds. I ask people this all the time and they write it off as just chance. The odds of this are most likely in the Millions, yet I see it everyday. I've lost 13 out of 15 heads up all and I do mean ALL by bad beats. Very bad beats. Not races. I'm talkin about me having trips or a st8 on flop and some fish goin gall in and hitting two or three outers. The odds don't add up but make fun if you want or write it off as whatever. The software is screwed.

One of the major problems with the assertion made by people such as yourself; that a site's software is screwed; is that there is no 'half way house'.

There is no way that the things people complain of can happen 'accidentally'.

An RNG would have to be extremely bad for anyone to notice, simply because it serves so many players in so many games that the sum of the players timings does as much to randomise the play as the RNG code.

Thus for any noticably skewed result (i.e. odd cardfall), the site would need to have commissioned some very advanced and sophisticated software.

The chances that they could do this and keep the fact a secret in the long term are just about nil.

Even if they did, the very last thing that they are going to do is draw attention to the fact by persecuting certain players with bad cards for thousands of hands on the trot.

I generally avoid believing things when i hve no reason to believe them. I'm part of a group of people on this board who are intelligent, think critically, are self-aware, self-analyse our games, use logic, and deductive reasoning. Unusually for a community, we call this the "majority" here.
