I have two major holes in my game- tilt and value betting on the river. I am working on both, but I was thinking that if any experienced players wanted to make some kind of a "river play" strategy post, that would be awesome, especially with regard to value betting.

The Main doesn't tilt. I've never had an 18 BI downswing thankfully, especially since I've never had an 18 BI roll for the level I play until very recently as I move up and down a lot.
