as said above, ben haim to chelsea for free(boooo) why is chelsea getting sidwell and ben haim? are they planning to sell some players or do they want to improve their reserve squad?

Chelsea is probably covering itself with decent, but not absurdly expensive players because they have several plays playing in the African Nations Cup this year. Drogba, Essien, Mikel...maybe one more?

Yea looking back over last season, why on earth would Chelsea sign a centre back? Jose tried to sign Haim last season for 3mill but was blocked by Abro coz he knew he would cost nothing in sixth months.

Yep. While Chelsea has enough midfielders for 4 teams, last season showed they lacked any depth at centre back.

I'm trying to think if I like that or don't. Only because I'm not sure if I will have the opportunity to see him more on TV if he plays in Italy or in England. Guy is just sick. Nice job making him stay put.

do you get fox soccer channel? new deal next year where serie a will be showed a lot more, especially the big ones (juve,inter, milan, roma). so people will get a better look at the greatness of italian football

[/ QUOTE ] No. I live in Argentina and we get Fox Sports and that usually shows some Saturday games of EPL, but it is dodgy. Always seem to show Man U and then 1 other bottom tier game. Not much Liverpool. On ESPN there were Serie A games and they showed nearly all of Juve's Serie B (???? maybe cause there was nothing else on at that time) games but I don't remember seeing Roma all that much. I think it depends if there are Argies on the team that people like to follow. I think I saw more of Liverpool after they got Marscherano. Does Roma have any Argies?
