you shouldve challenged hellmuth headsup immediately when he called you a nit. you either make him look like a bitch on national television or he plays you and you win lots of bling blang $$$$$$

I actually seriously considered this.

I was really worried about coming off as a D-bag.

I was thinking the same thing, brother. You should've just real nicely challenged him to a HU freezeout for whatever he wanted. Chance of a lifetime right there man.

A bud of mine were shooting the poo and wondering if the following would ever work:

Take some high limit internet pros (the abas, durrs, jmans, etc.) and set up a game that is recorded live. Try to keep it low budget initially of course, but there are some production guys out there that would be willing I would think. Heck, probably somebody on this forum.

Anyhoo, broadcast a few episodes on the internet, get us talking about it and see where it goes from there.

Granted, this was being discussed about 3/4 of the way through a case of beer and was absolute genius at the time. Upon looking back, logistics, costs, getting the pros together and OFFLINE , would create some problems.

There's mos def some merit in some "internet wiz kids vs. old pros that smell like cabbage" matchup.

[/ QUOTE ]

This has been done before, but the "internet whiz kids" are typically represented by people like Scott Fischman and Jennicide. Not that they aren't, you know, youngish...I guess.

Also, Hellmuth calling Jman a nit is especially hilarious when considering that Phil was up about 400k and spent like 5 minutes negotiating an insurance deal for an 80k pot. Negreanu actually asked him why he hated money so much.

Hence, why I clarified it to be high stakes internet pros. I'd personally allow Jesus, Corp Mike, Alannnnn into the game at a later date, but that's not quite what we were initially talking about.

Anyhoo, more of a fantasy vid of ours, nothing serious really.

The thing is that this was done before the internet kids were playing in games bigger than what existed in a B&M.

7,

That's basically what UFC did with Spike when no network would pick up their idea for Ultimate Fighter.

Does anyone know the blinds for Day 3 (with the 500k+ buy-in)?
