im having the same problem. i might try and have them send it over to full tilt. i really liked playing on the tribeca network but right now doyle's is doing everything they can to kill their already shoddy rep. their accting dept is horrendous.

Yep. Having the same problem. Considering there are so little players on their site, I wonder if they'll shutter and take our money with them. They did say it would take a while, but a little more info would be greatly appreciated. Have contacted them a number of time about this. And cashed out well before the close day for the site. Played on Doyle's Room forever. Loved it. Sad that this is happening.

Has anyone actually got the ACH transfer through to their bank from Doyle's Room? They said that my money should be in my bank by this past monday. Of course it did not happen. I emailed them and they said I gave them the wrong Bank info. What a load of crap. I emailed them back again with the bank info and I have not heard from them since. I even told them to transfer my account over to Full Tilt if they continue to have problems.
Anyone getting any straight answers from them? [img]/images/graemlins/mad.gif[/img] |

These a-holes are a bunch of liars, after the lies and run around with my last check cashout they offered to wire the funds to my bank account. No way was I going to trust these idiots with my bank info and trust that they would make payment.
I would cancel the "supposed" bank transfers and transfer your money to Full Tilt, if thats still an option. Checks take about 5-8 business days from them. If you all have affiliates, see if they will help talk to someone. Bug Doyle's support everyday and if they don't have an answer you like, talk to someone else. |

They have 8k of mine as well. I've been through sending the check, which didn't come, the bank transfer that "the bank didn't accept", and now I was told Monday that they would transfer to my Full Tilt account. This has also yet to happen and I'm sitting here beside myself on the support line that nobody is picking up.
It's been 8 WEEKS since my withdrawal, a cashout that was submitted a full 3-4 weeks before they shut off US Customers. |

I'm still waiting on 3 checks for 3k, all of which were requested over a month ago.
Emails have been ignored, support never answers, etc. I'm not sure if I have more faith in getting this or the money Neteller owes me [img]/images/graemlins/crazy.gif[/img] |

I withdraw my money from Doyle's the same day they announced they are closing doors to US players hoping to avoid the onrush of withdrawals. I guess it was still too late. Now I have money pending in Doyles and Neteller. I still yet to receive my check from Ultimate Bet. How's a person suppose to live while waiting for these goddamn check or transfer to come?!

FINALLY got a human being on the phone after calling them today at 1:30pm CST. The rep. from accounting assured me that my 3 pending cashouts would be discussed with a manager and would be taken care of.
Approximately 1 hour later, I received a deposit on FTP for the full amount. I'm still in shock [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] |

I'm getting the same excuses. They keep pushing me off with "just wait until x." I'd be surprised if I saw the money again. Senor Choppy gives one hope, tho.
