Ive gotten really into Potatoes now that my grocery store sells prepared(cut up, and some are seasoned) potaoes in the produce section. They keep in the fridge for like 3 weeks. so you can either bake then w/ something or just cook them in micro, or fry pan.

each bag is like $2.50 and contains 4 serving sizes (2 generous portions)


I never had potatoes often b4, since there was no way I was going to clean/prepare them, and I hate instant.

I usually boil frozen chicken breasts cause it's just easier.
