But the sharkscope just confuses me.

Rainkhan = plenty good enough to beat the low limits playing 100 tables at once.

He tried to move up - way up - and do the same thing and it took him a long time to figure out that he couldn't.

Gotcha. So I assume he's still trying to figure that out? Or is just making the lost money back?

Over the last 10k SnGs he's lost around 90k. From the graph it looks like it started when he stepped up but I don't know what to make of the data. If he can make 50k over 10k games playing smaller buy-ins why isn't he making any positive gains now after learning that his approach doesn't work at the higher levels? It seems like he has lost his edge, perhaps even at the lower buy-ins????

Still, that video is impressive.

While I agree it's suspicious (slash impressive) that he's chatting to people while 30 tabling, simply playing 30 SNGs on Stars is actually pretty easy. Just stack all of the windows right on top of each other. It just keeps bringing a new one to the front once you make a decision on the current table. Actually kinda fun, but pretty hectic as well.

This guy is nuts. Kind of inspires me though. I'm an old starcraft player and though I was never anywhere near pro, I was averaging around 180 APM for the last year that I played. I currently play 9 tables on stars .02/.05 6max tables for a lousy $10 per hour. I spread my tables out in a tic-tac toe fashion and use my HUD for reads. I can practically do it in my sleep though I have'nt tried playing more than 9 because I prefer to see all tables at once. Maybe I should give it a go at .01/.02 and open up 20 tables, see what happens

Silly silly multi-tablers and their 26 tables. You can have your 26 tables and get demolished and I'll keep my 4 tables and do the demolishing

I posted a graph of his in another thread in sept. 2006. He was very very good at multi-tabling lowish limits as you can see.

Around December I think I was watching some $1000 and $500 SnGs and saw him playing in them. That's where he absolutely got crushed.
