It still bothers me the level of animosity some people express who actually show some concern for their own health and the enviroment through their diet. While it may be an extreme choice to make given options most are given, show some a little respect. Remember, not all of us are the self righteous animal rightists who aspire you to make you feel guilty every time you sit down to eat meat. I'll be happy to answer any further questions directed at me in this thread.

If I could hire a vegan chef who would provide me with 3 meals a day plus snacks, I'd be willing to pay to be vegan.
