That's the first positive sign, thanks Lloyd.
Hopefully Mike understands that not only is this an opportunity to correct a problem with their crappy software, but also to insitute some sort of customer service review that educates their CSRs not to talk to their customers like they are greedy idiots when all they are trying to do is get Party to do what is so obviously right. I am cautiously optimistic. We will see what happens. |

Well, it looks like this is the final word. Party is sticking by the story that this tournament wasn't "cancelled" until there was like 250 left or whatever, and everyone who got blinded down before then is only entitled to whatever level they were blinded out at. I am at a loss to understand why they would take this clearly unfair and outrageous position that screws over around 500 of their customers to the advantage of those who were able to get back in and steal blinds. Any insight on what else we can do would be appreciated, besides hurting our own $EV by not playing there. [/ QUOTE ] How about suing them. I´m from Sweden and don´t know about thióse things. But I can´t see anyway they can have right in this question. Would be interesting to see what some "big names" Like Greg Raymer says in this issue. If anyone have any clue if it is possible to take this to court. Since it is a lot of players we are united. We need to do something... Please help me out! |

It's nice to see their manager paying attention to this. But seeing you people settling for $215 entries makes me cringe.

I really want to play at Party, and will return if they treat everyone equitably and demonstrate that they will protect our fair equity going forward. I'm still trying to get them to fix that problem. [/ QUOTE ] lol -Z |

An extra $215 closer to actual equity is better than nothing and you're certainly not going to muscle party by withdrawing funds or whatever else you might suggest. I contacted Mike same as everyone else and am happy we got a reply, but there was really nothing we could do but just try to get some kind of compensation and it seems as though they topped it off at $215. Whatevs. |

What does muscle have to do with it, they screwed us over and there are plenty of other places to play.
