2) on reread LC/Kbar interactions werent as over-the-top as they seemed at first

this is a pretty good point, and ive been thinking about it as well (thats why i know its a good point). but, im not sure if you see what i see. it makes me wonder why nich would waste his time trying to clear somebody who isnt really in any danger of getting lynched. were you thinking the same thing?
