[ QUOTE ]
That's really solid, lobster. What levels, how many tables. [/ QUOTE ] I usually 4-table but sometimes I play up to 6 tables if the games are good. First 20k or so hands are NL50, then about 30k hands of NL100, then 30k mixed NL100 and NL200, the last 10k hands are mainly NL200. |

[ QUOTE ]
You know what I really hate? When you've perfectly set up the history with a reg, he's 3bet you a couple of times, you've 4bet him twice, he's folded both times. Then you pick up KK sb vs. bb, raise, 3bet, 4bet, he shoves, you happily call and he obviously has AA. [/ QUOTE ] Yeah, happened to me yesterday. |

I'm setting up a new desktop and I'm wondering whether it there is any reason not to run one 30" 2560 x 1600 monitor as apposed to two 24"-27" 1620x1200s? I play 6 tables at the max. Lucky |

lucky,
The advantage of having two seperate screens is that it's a little easier to use different software progs because you can maximize stuff easily; whereas on one screen you'd have to do a lot of manual dragging. Another thing is risk. Having two less expensive screens is obv dividing risk. A big plus for one 30" I think is being able to use it for movies/series. I have a 22" widescreen and it's pretty sweet for that, although nothing compared to my DLP projector. |
