As far as my non-poker week goes - I intend to print and read a load of the stickie threads, and also watch a few 25NL (maybe also 50NL) vids - I have found the link to the videos (http://www.roulettenburg.com/poker/videos.html thanks to yellowblues) but was wondering which are the best to watch and which ones I will gain the most from (i.e. which videos are 2p2ers giving advice, and which are videos of 2p2ers asking for advice - I am looking for the former).

Also, links to any other good vids which are not on the list would be great.

Thanks

Printing and reading the essentials in the stickys is exactly what I did a little while back. Reading them on the pooper is perfect.

Just wanted to say I'm back up and running, installing my new system didn't went as easy as planned (lost all my data including 400gigs of mp3's, pictures, documents, movies, pokertracker databases )
I managed to recover most of it though, only took me a full day, and I gave up on vista, it has only given me a headache so far so I went back to good old xp.

Now maybe I will play some poker tonight, cause getting a new pc is a failure free recipe for running hot right?

MrWooster,

I tried to pick out videos that had instructional content but there may be a few in the micros section that are looking for advice in fixing their games. I'd just go with the videos by well known or frequent posters. Also, if you haven't seen this, check it out:

Thanks, I will def watch the vids by whipsaw, iSTRONG, tufat23, BevillTheDevill etc..., but am unsure about the others.

I am assuming that the whipsaw vids are worth watching considering there are loads of them but what about the following 25NL vids?

Anyways - here is the list of vids on the list - just a couple I am not sure about...

IshiP2U 25NL
yntm3 25NL (don't think I have heard of this poster)
BevillTheDevil 25NL (I guess this is worth a watch)
BoozeHound 25NL (don't know this poster - worth a watch?)
dimeetrees 25NL
NL Newbie 25NL (will watch this one for sure)
Sirasoni 25NLx2 (don't know this poster - worth a watch?)
tufat23 25NL (don't know the poster - but from the replies in the thread looks like this is a goodie)
iSTRONG 25NL (probs watch this one as well)

The reason I question the vid if I don't know the poster is because I am unsure if they are posting a vid to teach others, or if the vid is them asking how they played (the former being what I am looking for)

So out of the above, are there any which are a real MUST see, and any which are a bit 'meh not much to learn' or 'vids asking for help not giving it'

Thanks - I actually already have this at the top of my bookmarks - its probably the best thing I have ever seen on 2p2 - oh and your vid list rocks - though I am sorry to say that it is second in my bookmarks behind the anthology (no hard feelings )

IShip2U video is about metagame/manipulating your opponents and establishing a crazy player image. I haven't really watched whipsaw's videos but you are right there's a lot of them.

I would recommend tufat, iSTRONG, Sirasoni as they are all SSNL'ers. Don't forget Dan Bitel as well.

Also, to get a quick idea of what to expect in the video I'd check out the appropriate thread and see what the feedback has to say. This should help you out in filtering out what to watch.

ok - thanks - actually I think I might have seen the IShip2U vid - is that the one where he plays about 70/50 on a table full of TAGs and utterly destroys them?
