i thought i knew variance OMG. try sitting at a table with a laggy aggro calling station on your left. he had nothing when i sat down but i saw him raise 2-3 hands in a row to .25 cents at 5NL. i lost almost a buyin before i started adapting to his play. i decided to see how he would go with a 3bet PF, he called every single one with every single hand. i would then push the flop as long as it didnt scare me too much as his range was any too cards. over 60 hands, he was 98/90/10. i took advantage of that but others at the table saw my play and started doing it to him too so i didnt break even from it. i wish i would have started recording. at one point, he had almost 3 buyins behind him and i couldnt catch a hand to save my life. [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img] i desperately wanted to stack him.
