While luck cannot be fully understood, it can be manipulated. Because you don't win at scratcher tickets or the lottery doesn't mean you shouldn't win in any game of chance. Nor does it mean you should.....

The answer of course is....... could you win? Yes, you could.

Will you win at games of chance? Probably not. Your chances increase as your edge becomes larger. Poker has an edge. Most other games do not. Therefore, poker is the game in which luck manipulation can come into play. It could, but not necessarily should.
