I think it's Barry Greenstein who says, that people often make the mistake to play short winning, but very long losing sessions, trying to break even. Maybe you should take more breaks and don't put so much emphasis on breaking even. I know it sucks and I'm the first when it comes to tilting. I couldn't live through such a session.

I'm not chasing my losses with long sessions...

I've only been putting in about 2000 hands a day lately... so i've taken many breaks... it wasn't working so thought today maybe put in 10,000 hands to get out of the slump...

but past 4 or 5 days have gone the same way... start off good, up couple buyins then boom lots of ghey things happen and end up even or - a buyin or two by end of session.. quit for day go back next day rinse and repeat...

ohwell gonna put in another session... back with new graph later...

Have you been tilting alot lately? I went through some datamined stuff.. lot of spewage. Getting it in with Q's on Kxx flop.. 89s vs AA.

Just seems like any hand you get involved with you're willing to felt, even on bad flops vs players that are gonna have you beat a ton when all the $ goes in.

From your graph you look like a nicely loosing player. You rock!

Fidodell, maybe you should play less tables and focus on your game?
I mean that is about the amount of hands I play in a month, except the graph is upside down

I got a free $33 donkament buyin from bodog to their $10000 guaranteed. Starting in an hour with 100 registrants right now. Let's hope I can win some money in a donkament for once, daddy needs a new pc

i just have a feeling im gonna sound like an idiot, plus in my office there is a lot of "ambient noise" from my server and UPS. i have a feeling you will hear a lot of loud fans instead of me. im not sure how good the el cheapo mic i got bundled with an old sound card is anyway, sounds like heavy metal music it is.

do you play this any different. i feel like folding to the push is weak. it is the second nuts afterall and i see him doing this with the A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]+anything.

Why do you open raise with this often dominated hand from UTG on a limit full of calling stations? I don't really like that.
And why do you only post hands in this microbrew thread instead of presenting them to a larger audience in the forum?

Other than preflop, the hand is good, imo.

mostly my raising range depends on table dynamics, if im at a table full of nits, i raise every button and most CO's, if im at a table that i havent played very many hands at(like 5-8% of 50-70 hands), i raise with stuff like JQs and it instafolds to me because they notice i've just been folding everything. when they dont notice, i hit like this and stack off. on a serious note, im quite able to fold hands like this if nothing comes from it. i raise and get called, miss the flop hard and get donk bet into decent, im out. my stats normally say im playing less than 15% of my hands in any given session, last night i was sub 10%. i guess playing that few hands, i decide they are good enough to raise regardless of position, not that i dont place emphasis on position.

i guess i dont post hands in the rest of the forum because i value the opinions of the regulars more than the strangers. it is also that i post hands here with results and then figure it is fruitless to post in the rest of the forum because anyone that has seen the results or read the brew will know the outcome.
