Wow. I can't believe the Flyers quit. I expect big changes in Philadelphia - as usual. Hitchcock's job has to be in jeopardy. Unfortunately they have a bright future with Richards, Carter, Pitkanen, and Umberger, among others.

Terrific series by the Sabres - their speed was just too much for the Flyers' lumbering D.

I'll take Ottawa. From what I saw Tampa was able to play with them and it could've been a tough series with some decent goaltending.

To Clarke's credit the club is missing Kim Johnsson this season, but it is still mystifying why he sees the need to get guys like Hatcher, Rathje, and now Denis Gauthier.
