I would still like to know how you can start one thread writing "my mom is a 57 y.o. lady" and a second one "my mom is 55" ?

Seems very strange to me....

We all know you're working towards, "Teddy's mom is rigged!" so just stop it.

Just in case Lee and Jeff are still monitoring this thread, I just want to echo my appreciation for the class and professionalism they have shown by acknowledging the errors and taking corrective steps.

I am just wondering how many of the jackasses that questioned your integrity will have the class to come back and apologize. Very few I would guess, as most of them didn't have much class to begin with.

My ignore list just got longer because of it...

Thank You Lee!!!! That is what everyone wanted, feedback from Stars. I would encourage you to do more posting as we are your customers and some of your best customers.
I also do not want this incident to deter you from preventing Bots on your site. They have the possibility to destroy online Poker or more likely slow or reverse it's growth.

My opinion, briefly:

1) Lee's fronting up, and his response, show class.
2) But that's all.

He assures us that their organisation is now able to handle this issue properly. If we'd asked him the same thing a week ago, he would have said the same thing.

There is no review process that we have access to (Lee's description of their review process was entirely internal). There is no one we can email if we have troubles, etc.

In short, all he's said is, "we messed up, we apologise, and we will try not to do it again."

When they do do it again (which will certainly happen sooner or later, as people make mistakes), what does the victim do?

I'm just glad I'm a 2+2 member.
