I mean what does Teddy have to gain here? Nothing!

[/ QUOTE ]

In the post he replied to, that you're replying to, I explained precisely what he would have to gain here if there was wrongdoing here.

Teddy, I'm sorry that your character coming into question is making you wish you hadn't posted about it. I think it's more likely Stars screwed up here, I just can't rule out that there is wrongdoing. I really hope we can get to the bottom of it, and if you did nothing wrong, then it's very important that you posted this.

Do you know if she uses any usability software? I realized a red flag might be the way in which the buttons are pressed -- if some software alters that in an unexpeced way (like, different from how all the AutoHotKey scrips do it) then that could trigger a false positive.

edit: Ooops, hadn't seen your last post before making this. Looking forward to Lee's response.

Teddy: Is your mom anywhere near Toronto? I could go over and take a look at her computer.

There is no way a computer illiterate 57 year old woman plays six tables at once.

I just read the whole thread all at once (or most of it), and cannot say anything other than "someone is not telling the entire truth here, period." Kinda reminds me of the vibe in the movie "Broken Glass," for those of you that have seen the film. Guy made up an amazing story, wrote about it in a major publication, and then slowly got caught.

Note that I say "reminds me of the vibe in..." as opposed to "looks the same as." I just get the same feeling, I do not however, see any reason to come out and say there's been intentional lying going on.

Second that, also...

I really do have a problem with the way pstars handled this, but for different reasons than most I guess. If they really did have ironclad proof that this was a bot, they should not have returned the money, there is no disincentive to not operate a bot if the only punishment you get is banning of your account from the site and a return of all your ill-gotten gains. Lee Jones/Someone from stars needs to address this.

all I can say is that if Jeff/Lee ever find this thread and feel like confirming/denying the facts, they will back them 100%.

[/ QUOTE ]

I cannot imagine that Jeff or Lee or any responsible site representative would join in an internet forum thread about a third party to confirm or deny any substantial confidential information they hold about that third party.

Why will you not post at least one of the e-mails that are in your possession? This is what is causing people to be more suspicious about your story than anything else, (apart from your computer-inept Mother multi-tabling).

Lee Jones joined in the huge zeejustin thread to confirm that they had in fact banned him, and their reasons for banning him, I don't see how this would be too much different. And at the very least, I would like them to address their general bot policy, which seems to be a woefully inadequate "let che cheater cashout and then ban his account."
