When pepole say idiotic things like "he should not be allowed to touch a computer", more and more of these sympathy posts will come out of the woodwork. You guys need to be somewhat reasonable.

[/ QUOTE ]

I agree with this, but ZJ's pathetic response statement is to blame for a lot of the attacks he is getting.

He won $137k in a Stars tourney he entered with only one account. I'm all for burning witches, but we should make sure they are indeed made of wood first.

Thank you. You don't just send a guy an email saying that your life is screwed w/o getting the crime str8.

1. These cusswords (phXXX, chXX) are part of our culture and shouldn't have ever been banned in the first place.

[/ QUOTE ] I was just making a joke, but I find your response interesting.

The creators and owners of this forum have decided, on their own, to ban certain words. You are aware of this. You deliberately mispelled the words to get around this.

I don't find these words offensive, and use them frequently. But I respect the rules of the forum. If I use one of these words in my posts (and I have used them), I spell them correctly and let the the automatic censor take them out.

Your ethics seem to be highly situational.

I always thought you were fairly level-headed in the SNG forum,

[/ QUOTE ]

I'm not a "level-headed" person all the time. I do phuck up and make mistakes. That does not make me wrong in all my poker arguments, it doesn't make me a criminal, and it doesn't define me. I phuck up all the time and I make mistakes. So do you guys, obviously. Zee screwed up and deserves to be punished. I'm just concerned that we are ruining the guys dreams and aspirations and frankly I'd like to play against him to better my game. I think that he could end up being really really good at poker, but not if we ban him from all internet sites and public cardrooms like many are suggesting.

Indy

I'm getting more and more convinced that you either just got banned for this as well, or expect to.

to be fair, I think ppl make mistakes, and while I agree with Zee's punishment (should have been harsher at stars) I'm not saying he's beyond forgiveness or that he should be killed or whatever. My outrage is at the morons that think cheating is ok cause he didnt mean it or that he should be dealt with lightly because we all make mistakes.

I've always found the distinction between murder and attempted murder to be a strange distinction to make. The intention was the same.

ZeeJustin may not have won $137k in a tourney in which he cheated. But he attempted to do something similar on numerous occasions.

Sorry, I had the payouts reversed, he only won $110,000 in the party tourney.
