I'll probably end up watching it again next week, but so far I'm disappointed. More than once, I found myself looking at my watch to see how much of the episode remained. The show does not exactly have me riveted to my TV.

It doesn't help that I cringe every time that kid opens his mouth. What a horrifically terrible actor.

I thought the first 3/4s sucked, but enjoyed the end. Still no idea where this is all going, or what the new revelations (seeing God, visions, metal in people's bodies burning, everyone's desire to help/protect the Yosts) mean.

Also, what did John say right before Kai went into that trance? I missed it.

I don't like this show. It's just not interesting. I might watch next week just because I'm bored.

Man this show is so out there. If I was 13-16 again I would love it alot more.

Definitely spiritual, but to what extent?

I didn't really like the first two episodes, but was interested enough to keep watching. Glad I did, third episode was strong and now I'm pretty interested in what happens next.

I'm glad someone finally mentioned this. It makes the show totally unwatchable.

The only justification for casting him that I could come up with was his surfing abilities (unless they use a stand-in... I can't tell). Still, it's like he was told to read his lines with no emotion whatsoever.

"Just read the lines kid... That'll be good enough"

Really really liked it, save for the fact that yeah, kid can't act.

The doctor was amazing in Deadwood and is better here.

Paul Ben Victor rules so hard. Fantastic casting (save again, kid).
