Could you add some new items in the store for non-americans. Some balla big screen tv's, better digital camera's, etc. Ever considered points for cash?

p.s.: Note, that I'm new to FT (yeah, now you'll be rolling in cash from my rake [img]/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img]) and dont know if this was already adressed.

The bet slider sucks I love the site but it is so much harder to bet on your site than stars all the bets have to be typed in because the slider doesn't work right. on stars you can just click and the bet moves up by 1 bb. makes it easy to make a 3x 4x etc.. raise

Been playing on stars for like 3 weeks and I don't like it much. I wanna move back sooo bad actually b/c I've always loved FTP, but there's this new thing call LAAAAAAAAG that is preventing me from playing.

jesus gawd please fix this Doug, how could this not be your highest priority?!

If you cant fix the lag, can you at least the reconnection process?

As it stands now, when the lag gets bad enough it goes to the establishing connection screen that you get at start-up. After that is done, my 8 sngs are reconnected but I have to click "I'm Back" in all of them individually. If I'm lucky I can hit them all fast enough, but sometimes I get reconnected in time to watch my KK get folded. Once I'm reconnected, I'm obviously interested in playing, should I really have to go through all this?

Also, its even worse if it gets bad enough that I actually have to restart the client. In that case, the tables appear all over the damn place, AND the damn lobbies too (and let me point out that one table sngs have no need for a lobby at all anyway). It creates this hodgepodge of overlapping windows that makes it a huge pain to get back on track.

Its bad enough that I'm missing ev whenever your software lags, its even worse that it sets up another series of problems afterwards.

Edited to add: I know I'm constantly bitching about your site and its problems, but I just want it to have the functionality that it had a couple of months ago so I can play there full time like used to. Is that so much to ask?

You should add a new option under "request" called
"Transfer Balance to Pokerstars BECAUSE I CRASHED EVERYTIME I PLAY ON YOUR SITE LKJFEAL;FJ3OJF98FJOIAJF ALLJK"
