Was everyone as annoyed as I was about Sayid and Sawyer's confronting of Juliette when she went to get the medication? I thought it was a possibility they'd go with her and try to pump her for info as they traveled, but for them to try to delay her when Claire's life is obviously in danger seemed monumentally stupid and not something they'd even want to do.

I'm pretty sure by seasons end he will do a turn around...Locke probably will to. They are the two real stars of the show and I doubt the creators will make them unlikable

I agree. Plus he has no emotional attachment, except his desire to get off the island. He's the only one who thinks clearly and asks the right questions.

his track record is good, except for the time he left Sun alone on the boat as bait. that was one of the dumbest things in Lost history

Do we know for sure that Kate and Sawyer actually had sex? If so - this could have interesting implications. Ben, being the master of manipulation, could've set this up on purpose in order to get Kate pregnant. Because we know the Others are looking for more pregnant women and babies...

My wife thinks that they got Kate pregnant after her breakfast with Ben, at the start of the series. Then set things up so Kate & Sawyer would have sex, and Kate would blame that for being pregnant. And that's also part of the reason Juliette is in camp, along with watching Sun.

[/ QUOTE ]Now that we know about the birth complications of the island, maybe in the past (when the statue was built) there were different birth defects that plagued the people who were living on the island.


Do you remember when Ben was captured(found) by the losties and taken to the hatch? He is actually the one that talked Locke into letting the timer go to 0. He used Locke to take out the communications to the outside world just as he used Locke to take out the submarine. For some reason Ben doesn't want anyone leaving the island.

I don't think juliette will cross Ben at this point. She had her chance when jack did surgery. That would have been her only shot to make it look like Jack did it and she had no involvement. Ben would have died and she would of been on the sub and home before they buried him. However if someone has the power to heal cancer maybe they have the power to take her sisters' life if she openly betrayed them. I'm sure she has thought of this. Juliette is all about #1 (herself) and getting off the island and she believes that ben is her only hope of that.

Also, going back to Locke possibly not sinking the sub...

Does anyone else get the feeling Locke has some master plan that goes above and beyond everything Ben/Jack/Sawyer/Juliette could imagine?
