Really? What is funny about it? It looks pretty standard to most other government/business web sites I have seen.
I really didn't get any sense of amazement.

OK i am willing to see what becomes of this .. See what fred says after they review the software. But DAC is way way way too calm about this if he really isnt using a bot

[/ QUOTE ]
I look forward to Fred's respone but I don't know if th OP demeanor has anything to do with this. If he protested like he had beens tuck with a hot iron we would say he protested too much. I agree, it is suspicious, but after having Empire black list me way back when because I only played there when there was a bonus taught me to not worry about what the board thinks about a situation and there is absolutely nothing that a player can do to force a site to change its mind. So far, it would appear that DAC is addressing this reasonably well. Lets see what WPEX has to say.

If it turned out that his account was frozen b/c of "datamining" tools, then WPEX is far out of touch with the poker community. Most of the serious players all have PT and I doubt are willin to play on a site that doesnt allow you to track results in this manor.

I haven't played at WSEX in awhile, but I wasn't aware they were so anti-HUDs. I play regularly at one site that allows them (Stars) and one that doesn't (Bugsy's) so it's not a must-have for me, but I do like being able to collect stats from games I'm playing in. I understand though that people take a mile when given an inch and can respect the company for taking the stance.

I had been planning on heading back over there for a bit because I think they allow Epassporte. Not many, if any, sportsbooks do so it seemed to make sense. And I figured I'd get back into the poker over there as well. But I'm not positive I will do so at this point. We'll see. But best of luck either way to WSEX. I really hope they continue to succeed as a company.

I have respect for WSEX with regards to sports gambling, but I think WSEX you just scared me off from ever using WPEX Poker.
