is this contest strictly Paint or can I mix in some Photoshop stuff too?

I know I didn't respond in time to get seeded, but I want to submit some entries regardless. although the first topic is kind of difficult... this Evenkeal character isn't rly inspiring me.

for the contest its just paint. But you have an exemption to use photoshop.

eurotrash is not in the competition, he can use whatever he wants. everyone in has to use paint only.
