the real issue is that they didnt just randomly meet at the tables. HIV challenged GW to a 10K HU freezeout. GW vs HIV. not GW vs the best limit player HIV could find with no morals (togni). Also lol @ shaundeeb implying that no better tournament player exists. you're really good dude but give me a [censored] break.

Alright I'm just going to say one more thing...

First match with HIV: 20 minutes

Second match with HIv: 45 minutes

Third match with HIv: 2 and a half hours...


Last night during the match, I received a few pms saying that this might not be HIV playing. I had serious doubts as well but I just assumed he got way better from the get go. I will get the hand histories if necessary though, because his style of play completed adjusted about two-thirds into the match, when I'm guessing Tongni either stopped giving advice or left because he turned into a megafish, calling down everything. The first half of the match was like the toughest HU match of my life and even though (I'm assuming) Tongni was playing a little weaktight he was playing much better than I have ever seen HIV play. Once HIV completely switched playing styles (to the style he has previously played in our last two matches) I had a significant edge. And this is not tilt...I have seen HIV tilt before in matches and he goes absolutely batshit crazy. This was a COMPLETE change in styles...it's hard to explain without actually being there playing but it felt like a different person. He didn't adjust at all to me changing gears whereas in the first hour or so he was doing it almost instantaneously. He went from weakish-tight aggressive to basically un-bluffable calling station fish/spewtard with completely different weaknesses and strengths from the previous hour.

fairly sure gw said the first half of the 3rd match was very difficult to play...and then it got easier when hiv supposedly stepped back in...

I don't even care if it's to 2+2er (or just someone they know) or to total strangers, i am against cheating in poker.

For example,some dude i know, found out that i make decent living playing poker and he called me few weeks ago and started asking for me to teach him.I agreed and he was like "We can talk over the phone and tell each other what do we have, we'll have an advantage against others.I also have 2 computers at home, i know ways to get different ips, i can log on on both at the same time and win money from people."

After i heard that, i just said to him "google hold'em poker and learn it yourself.I am not gonna help you cheat"...And he didn't even understand what i am talking about, cause "It would be dumb not to take adavntage of this".

HIV admitted his plan in chat, I posted the chat from the table in the other thread. I don't really care to dig it up.

10+ years ago doing something like this would have resulted in at least a major ass-beating, if not cost you your life. My how the anonymity of the internet has changed things.
