Most moves lose us our e-pawn immediately. Of the others:

- Bd6 and Qe7 are extremely silly
- Bb4+ achieves nothing, it's just met by Bd2

The only viable moves are exd4 and e4. exd4 looks the more solid move, but if we want surprise factor we could play e4. I don't see a refutation to it at the moment, and a little Googling has found a game in 2004 where a 2500 rated player played this move (and won) so it can't be that silly.

Yeah, exd4. Thought about the e4 line, but the threat of nc3 + Bg5 isn't nice.

wtf somehow didnt go through, this post was much longer. Long story short is that anyone who said I might be a cheater because ZJ mentioned me in some post, I said I would ignore forever. A few people went on to do so, one of them being valenzuela.

I think that might be me...well now I have extra incentive to win this game for POG.
Im only something like 1700 but I actually have a chance to play against an IM who wants to beat me. Im going to do MY BEST to beat curtains.

EDIT: I PROMISE NOT TO USE A PROGRAM.
