Like A Rolling Stone is probably the best Dylan answer where someone else didn't do a more famous version of it. Others to consider would be Tangled Up in Blue, Forever Young, Rainy Day Women.

Then I erased realizing that I've probably haven't listened to a couple (dozen) albums that may have had a more essential/popular Dylan song in its day.
