works good but it's pretty hard on your system. I think it should only be used as a last resort. Lots of people underestimate the benefit of an improved diet and workout or exercise plan. If you have gone through atleast a couple different less severe doctor prescribed meds + improved your diet/exercise, and you still aren't happy with your skin, then give it a shot.

It also depends on exactly what type of acne you have. I read somewhere that accutane was developed for very severe, disfiguring forms of acne, but it has become commonplace because there is a huge market of people with acne who are desperate to get rid of it. If you have acne that is causing scarring, then I think it makes sense to take drastic measures like Accutane.

Adderall is good, but for some reason I've built up a complete tolerance to it. The first few times I used it, it was awesome, but it literally doesn't do anything for me anymore.
