well everything went wrong and I ended up tilting a lot to straate, while repeatedly getting coolered at my other tables. I am going to drop a few levels until I can regain some confidence.

reef - from what i've seen of you at the stars 3/6 games lately you haven't been playing well. if you want to get out of this current "downswing" i suggest dropping a level or two to get your game back.

[/ QUOTE ]

started running better recently and my A game is back. Last 2 sessions (9K hands) at 10BB/100.

All this talk of 10BI downswings and such; no wonder I start the night out w/ almost a 10BI downswing, but luckily I ended up a few BIs for the night.

And then, aejones theorem ftw:

aejizzle ($1571.70)
Button ($419.50)

Preflop: aejizzle is BB with 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. Button posts a blind of $4.
aejizzle raises to $10, Button (poster) calls $8.

44 call is routine. clubs and all straight draws missed. esp. if you dont think he'll valuebet a 9 (most wont there) its ez. need to be good 27% and you're likely good 50 to 60%.

33 is a nice and tough turn check call. villain gave up too easily on this since the 8 is a card that easily fits a float / weak draw / marginal hand that may bet/fold the turn. I probably would've folded the turn, but also wouldve bet more on the flop. well done AE.

89o hand - haha you owned him.

TT, cmon, standard. overpair, hu, ez all in.

the 4 hearts... do you think he was valuebetting AK? so funny.
