Tim, while I understand why you would want to keeps things private and out the of the public eye, that is not really practical or the proper play at this point.

Things need to be kept public at this point for several reasons. Namely, we need to ensure that everyone is informed of what is going on and more importantly that everyone is given the SAME information. I'm not saying that you are telling people different things, but your credibility is clearly at question at this point and I don't think it is unreasonable to ask that everyone is given the same information in a public venue.

This is a business that you are involved in and you have chosen to be part of this forum. If you choose not to particiapte in public comments in this forum then I don't think you should continue to participate at all. And if I was you I would try to clear my name as much as I could as many have already ran your name through the mud...

if you don't want him to get cut off completely for doing rake back at party then please stop trying to get him to assure people he will pay them! then he won't even be collecting the money to pay players in a way that is acceptable to party!

he is doing the right thing Not talking about paying players. Don't you think party knows who is talking here and reads the open forum?

WTF are you talking about?

1) He has already been paid for February, so who gives a fukc if Party ever pays him a dime more?? You realize that he is not paying for anything other than February right??

2) There is no form of payment that Party will find acceptable. RB is not allowed and hence any payment he makes is not acceptable by their terms.

3) Who gives a [censored] what Party thinks at this point?? We have already been [censored] by them on the RB and there is not changing that unless you get a new account.

And after rereading your post I'm not really even sure what you were trying to say. In any case, all my points still stand. There is little reason for anyone who will no longer receive RB from Tim to not want this public. (With the slight chance Party will read this and somehow increase RB questioning - but I highly doubt this thread will somehow increase their efforts or prevent smart affiliates from getting in trouble).

I never said Tim was a weasel. I just said that under the circumstances it is preferable that the information remain public.

The other points I made in my post were based on my understanding of what was going on. If I'm wrong, then please correct me - correct me HERE so everyone is on the same page.

I posted earlier that I was considering staying on for the VIP bonuses. Well I've considered it, and I will be closing my account with reduce the rake.

1) Pokertracker stats are inaccurate, I sure as hell hope he was not running his business based on them

2) Sending party poker transfers is just asking to be shutdown

3) Having as many customers as he does and no trackers sounds awful, glad my affiliate doesnt have that problem. I almost went with one of the big sites but it seemed riskier, ended up going with someone else and got more than 25% anyway

4) He shoulda just paid to have his trackers turned back on if he was offered.

5) 15% is a joke
