Someone likes to advertise their success
======================= 12.11.2005 Justin Wins $137,000 in the Sunday PokerStars Tournament 10.22.2005 ZeeJustin Finishes 2nd in the Party $600+40 for $110,000 09.06.2005 ZeeJustin wins $33 Rebuy Tournament on Party (thats prob at least $10k) 08.29.2005 ZeeJustin wins $19,000 in Stars $150+12 Tournament On a wayyyyy side note. Think about all the people you see out there working 8-10 hrs per day to make measily amount of salary. They make enough just to get by in life. Now this guy wants to become a full time poker player. Sure, thats legit. However he decides to cheat the system with 6 poker accounts. Not 2, not 3, 6!!! As in, it was conceived in his head to take all the steps to get paid off. He did also did this on TWO poker sites. So why a entire family could live on 100k a year, he goes to WPT events in paris, vegas, and travels around the world. Its kinda like if you left your car unlocked, and someone went in and took your stereo and all the belongings inside. They didnt break a window, but they still stole all your stuff that you used YOUR money to pay for. Think of that as a metaphor for what happened here. I agree with the earlier poster, ZJ should not to ever be allowed to touch a computer. Maybe when he turns 52, he can get on parole. |

I dont get it. do you cheat? why not? is it partly because you dont want to mess up your dreams and aspirations? well then, zee should have thought the same way and realized that his actions might have consequences. have you read his statement? he's not projecting an image of someone who is very sorry. would you not lock up a murderer solely because he was young and stupid? a bankrobber? if not, where do you draw the line?

1. These cusswords (phuck, chit) are part of our culture and shouldn't have ever been banned in the first place. 2. Party Poker took Zee's money for obvious reasons. They didn't do it to protect the integrity of the game because they won't make it public to anyone. They took his $$ because they could and quite frankly that's unethical. 3. If you don't reprimand party for their hasty decision, you are making a mistake. If they don't at least make this public to all its customers, then they are highly unethical because its our $$ not their. Indy |

When pepole say idiotic things like "he should never be allowed to touch a computer", more and more of these sympathy posts will come out of the woodwork. You guys need to be somewhat reasonable.

[ QUOTE ] Quote: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Here's my proposal: 1. Don't take his $. You cannot prove that he cheated for it. 2. Remove all accounts except for the ZeeJustin main account. 3. Give him a 3 month suspension from the sites. 4. Warn him that if he ever does any multiaccounting like this ever again the punishment will be severe (like it is now). 5. ?? You tell me? Indy -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- And if you were one of the people cheated out of possibly tens of thousands of dollars...how would you feel about your own post? [/ QUOTE ] Dude, I was one of the people cheated because I've played in lots of tourneys with this guy. Forgive me if I'm mistaken, but I just think that we should forgive Zee and find a lessor punishment for his crime. Indy [/ QUOTE ] Allright, we had a local lady who stole about $12,000 from her local little league soccer club a little over a year ago. She had to pay it back with interest, court costs, serve a minimum of 16 months behind bars and several years of probation. How does that sound then? Fairer to you? You wheel anyone up in front of a jury after he defrauded people out of this kind of money and what party did to him will seem like a walk in the park. imho you are being sypathetic to the wrong party here. The people who deserve the sympathy are the ones he cheated. |

He won like $137,000 in a single tourney that he is known to have cheated in. I don't understand how taking LESS than that much from him can be wrong. [/ QUOTE ] He won $137k in a Stars tourney he entered with only one account. I'm all for burning witches, but we should make sure they are indeed made of wood first. |
