its actually a HUGE compliment. this happens to me, too. although it is a compliment, often it lowers your EV, too, so decide if the game is still good enough to play (or you need position)

if its a hassle to switch, i just stay. otherwise, i switch.

there are no ethics when it comes to seat changing.
