name a three-member panel of judges to arbitrate any disputes before you start playing. i had a lawyer prick back out of a 10K eating prop bet in which i had to eat 40lbs of solid food in 25 hours. i made the mistake of telling him i was going to eat watermelon before choosing judges and posting money. he said, "watermelon is not a solid" and quit me.
