Clearly Ivey does not like to be interviewed. Among the top pros he has the lease amount of exposure.

Pretty decent final table, credentials-wise, although I'll add to the list of people disappointed that they had to make it NLHE (in a HORSE tournament!!!). Seems like circular logic to me: They don't show HORSE because it ain't popular 'cause no one (average target viewer) knows all the games, and no one knows all the games because they haven't seen them on TV, and they haven't seen them on TV because no one shows them. [/ QUOTE ] I don't think this is why they don't show it as HORSE. I suspect the problem is more one of editing. If they don't show all the hands, they need to explain why every hand they show is in a seemingly random format. Currently, the TV coverage gives the illusion that you're seeing just about all the hands when, in reality, they are only showing a very small percentage. |

Did someone actually just say that Dewey Tomko is "beyond interesting?"
He might be the least intriguing person i've ever seen on television. |

[ QUOTE ] Isn't 8 or better and hi/lo interchangeable? [/ QUOTE ] yes [/ QUOTE ] Really? I can see where experienced B&M players could use it that way, but hi/low usually means WITHOUT a qualifier, doesn't it? (technically, I mean- we all know that you only find unqualified low games in home games) |

I was sick and missed the final 15 minutes- how did Andy blow the lead? More crazy suckouts as we saw for both players near the end?

Great Episode.
For all the times that people complain about the internet amateurs carrying on like idiots only to have some poster reply with "Well what do you to see then, a bunch of people sitting at a table showing no emotion" My answer is THIS. This is what I want to see. |

Agree, I'd like to see more final tables like this.
