Gilbert Arenas is my favorite player in the league and the main guy competing with Nash right now for MVP. I'm a Wizards fan. I respect Nash's game a ton, but I'm definitely no fan of his.

My absolute favorite thing is when baseball posters will come into a basketball thread and start basically ranking players by their field goal percentage:

"OMG Fabricio Oberto has a higher FG% than Tim Duncan!!11! He should be getting way more touches than TD."

See, I like talking bball a lot more than baseball. Stats and dorks have completely taken over my favorite sport. Basketball still has the stats, but they don't overwhelm the discussion IMO. Same thing with soccer, which is why I like talking about that as well.
