Trading for a pitcher with Buchholz in AA is silly. The guy just can't be hit down there and would probably be the best immediate upgrade considering A) it's totally free cost wise and B) they wouldnt have to give anything up to bring him up.

Okay, here's my stupid knuckleball theory. Since the knuckleball is such a mesmorizing pitch, Wakefield's mates, while in the field watching that ball dance all over the place, can't get a [censored] ing hit when it's their turn.
How else do you explain that they never score any runs for him?
