yes, we're operational, and i apologize to anyone we haven't gotten back to. there's a flaw in the programming where all applications are entered in the database but only some have been sent to us (i only became aware when i was cleaning up the database this weekend and saw numerous people i had never even heard of). so i'm getting that fixed right now, but we'll be checking the database daily for additions to the system even if we don't get an emailed app.

so, essentially, anyone who has applied recently and hasn't heard back from us, you will hear from us tomorrow. sorry for the confusion out there guys.
