i cancelled my subscription after about a week and here's why:

a) your software takes about a gazillion years to load tables on full tilt. maybe this would be easily fixed once full tilt puts custom tables back up but it's really annoying that loading one table takes upwards to a minute.

[/ QUOTE ]

This is mainly due to how FTP lets us open tables on their client. There are some things we can do to speed it up though, and we will have that out soon hopefully.

[ QUOTE ]
b) your built in scoring system is truly terrible (yes, for 6 max NL) and i can't even make it go away.

[/ QUOTE ]

Our scoring system is the best out there. But its not for everyone (based on play styles, etc), and it is customizable. You can remove the score column (right click to configure the columns). You can also do your own custom scoring, to score it exactly how you'd like to score it.

[ QUOTE ]
c) i repeatedly run into problems where, inexplicably, your program won't report properly (e.g. i have hands on someone according to pokertracker and pokerace and even your PTAgg, but your program doesn't register it. THIS HAPPENS A LOT AND IT IS NOT GOOD).

[/ QUOTE ]

There are lots of reasons why it might not find data for some players. Have you read any of the messages on the SS forum (the new one)? There's a big discussion there about which stats get used and when. This might clarify why its not showing stats for players in some situations:

http://www.uorobot.com/scripts/WebBo...PORT/Topic6208

We have lots of users using SS, and its scoring properly for most of them. There certainly could be some bugs in there, but we haven't had many reports on that.

[ QUOTE ]
given these 3 options, the fact that you charge a [censored] arm and a leg is ridiculous

[/ QUOTE ]

SS is the best table selection tool out there. If it helps you find the fish quickly, and does it even a few minutes faster than some client side solution, it could pay for itself in one session. So I totally don't agree with you there. But if you're not a winning poker player then no amount of table selection will be worth it to you.

hey, i don't see this mentioned elsewhere in the thread, but can you add the new FTP deep table limits to the list of games? they are .15/.30, .75/1.50, 1.50/3.00, 2.50/5.00, 4/8, 7.50/15, 15/30, 150/300

Yes, we can add those. What is a "deep" game? Its still just limit or no-limit, right?

"deep" games are no limit with 200 bb capped buy-in instead of 100 bb. they have different stakes than normal though, i.e., nl4/8, instead of 5/10.

and while im here, just want to re-remind you to add the nl300, (nl2/3) to bodog tree.

Idle miner for FTP opens them in a flash, so yes, there must be a way...

The party patch has been causing us problems. I restarted the scanners. Hopefully in a day or two we'll have the new issues resolved for this version of the client. Its not an easy or quick process though, it requires some trial & error to see what goes wrong.

Well the servers were working for about an hour. Now they are down again. Its Friday night, all the fish are out and I can't use SS.

Yep - kind of annoying.
How bout implementing some sort of client-side scanner, as a BACKUP?? Probably unnecessary, unless you're not able to solve the current instability issues.

By the way, bodog scanning hasn't worked for me for the past 3 days. known issue?
