Ive been thinking about getting some poker books and I need some advice.

I bought Super System the other week but without trying to sound cocky (after all I'm no aba) it hasn't really taught me anything I didn't already know.

I was thinking No Limit Theory and Practice or should I go with Theory of Poker.

It doesn't have to be one of the above so if you have any other good recommendations please chime in.

Thanks

[/ QUOTE ]Both of these helped my game tremendously, though I think every poker player should read Theory of Poker. Also, I do believe some really good NL HE books are coming out soon- don't know how they will compare to NLHE:TAP. Of course, I just try to read everything . . .

so yesterday I timeout folded AA preflop, turns out it would have been against KK on a board I stack KK 100% of the time

on a side note, grouchie went on to lose his stack in the hand to the guy with KK

I would have raised pre before grouchie, not sure if he would have stacked off but I doubt it, sorry bro

was that the 99 hand?

That day was filled with tilt, horrible crappy don't even try it bad reads and monsters in the closet!

Nasty day today.

Down $400 in Sklanksy Bucks. Down $275 on the day, much of which went to the 200NL tables.
